HI YES so how is it talking to a younger Billy?

NOT USEFUL.

But not terrible, either. He doesn't mind chatting with him at all.

He's actually mostly abandoned any ideas that he might use this Billy because he realizes the circumstances just aren't lining up right. He'll still meddle and play at being a Young Avenger (and everyone can hush he so totally is legit), but he's not actively trying to use any of them.

It's definitely not useful, this is true. And it's going to be WAY MORE LESS USEFUL since all of his friends are now showing up. He's still going to keep an eye on him, though. He is the longest being here Young Avenger (wow that is actually kind of sad), and even though he's... no, wait, he's not the youngest anymore, is he. Whatever, eye still being kept on you.

Yeah, it pretty much doesn't matter to Loki at this point. For all that he'll keep up the Young Avenger association, he's going to play them as straight as he's able. He's had the time to develop better resources.

Just wait till Billy's magic goes haywire when he starts giving things a shot. That's in planning stages right now, but it's a thing that will be happening!
