It's just one conversation, but Barnaby seems like an interesting person already. He's doing something that's not entirely normal by 'hero' standards, and that his whole world operates on that logic is fascinating. Loki will definitely be keeping an eye on him. Smart people worth having conversations with are rare hereabouts, and he has a feeling Barnaby might be one of them.

This might not be a good thing for Barnaby, but it'll be entertaining for Loki.
