HOW IT WORKS:

Damian totally did not expect to see any reason why his Father insists on keeping company with Kal... but, by now, Kal's tentatively somebody whose opinion doesn't get discarded out of hand, too. And, after Death, he's grateful - something that Damian's still... uncomfortable with. Not merely for getting him out - though that adds to it - but because there is one more person who will watch over his people and make sure Damian doesn't. Just. Kill them. It's a level of trust that few people have, but Damian's ... actually grown up enough not to resent giving it to Kal. (He'd be crushed if Kal betrays it, but I'm sure Kal knows that burden way too well.)

Funnily, Damian's not yet made quite the connection of how many ways Dick is like Kal. ONE OF THESE DAYS, MAN.


Cassie? Cassie feels really bad for slipping something not good or fun to Frank when she first answered on the video post. Because it's not like anyone can do anything about it, so better keep quiet about it with people who don't know.

Other than the embarrassment, she's enjoying talking with Frank, and kind of wants to get to know everybody. (It's so nice to play a character who doesn't really do paranoia.) (Unless it'n Loki or Victor von Doom.)
