break out the teal deers!

THE CR TL;DR MEME

HOW IT WORKS:

1. List your character(s)!
2. Others respond with "what does your character X think of my character Y?" or some variation.
3. Respond to them! Break out those teal deers!
4. Generate some discussion about your CR!
5. PROFIT!

HMMM.

Clark on Bucky, what he's seen of him. And. How hard is Frank squinting at Cassie? :P

Clark on Bucky:
The first time Clark had seen Bucky around he had seen… a soldier. Not that he thinks there’s anything wrong with that, but he does tend to stay away from certain topics when it comes to them because he knows they won’t see eye-to-eye with them. See: Steve. Clark was aware Bucky was a friend of his but the thing with Steve and Clark was that they got along, but their friends didn’t necessarily get along as well (lol Batman) and he never tried to push it.

Now he’s seeing Bucky as an actual person and not just a soldier! And while he wishes he had met that part of him in another situation he’s glad he got to see it.

Frank on Cassie:
He likes her, actually! But he gravitates towards strong women so that’s not a surprise. He does wonder what is up with all that sadness she’s so stubbornly trying to hide and he will probably poke her a couple times more to make sure he has someone around to talk to if she so wishes (…apart from her father).

Oooo thank you. This means that, for all I've been slow and shaky with Bucky at times, I've managed to get a bit of what's happening with him over time out. Especially in the beginning, before Steve and Peggy showed up, he saw himself as a soldier, just one that got another chance to do what he was supposed to do. But he's let himself be more/other than that, since. (Added to the fact that he feels increasingly helpless and insignificant in the face of what they're facing.) So, yes, good. Makes me hopeful to keep on working on it!

And awww. Just. <3

Aw, Frank. She'd probably be less confusing to talk to, once she's calmed down. And re what happened... she'd give more coherent warnings, probably, but if he keeps coming back to it, she'll probably spill the beans.
