break out the teal deers!

THE CR TL;DR MEME
HOW IT WORKS:
1. List your character(s)!
2. Others respond with "what does your character X think of my character Y?" or some variation.
3. Respond to them! Break out those teal deers!
4. Generate some discussion about your CR!
5. PROFIT!

nah. I shan't kill you with Kyle and Damian. How's Bucky > Kyle or Cassie > Monet, if she has any opinions?

Bucky likes Kyle. He thinks he's pretty good to hang out with, and is really glad, even when he's totally morose, to have somebody like that - a soldier, somebody who knows what it is to do what needs to be done - around. And somebody who might, actually, do something about Malicant, when the showdown happens, since Bucky is definitely in the 'normals' category, and against something like that? He's got nada. So, in the back of Bucky's mind, Kyle's somebody to help out and support. Which is Bucky's default role, and he's okay with it. More than - without somebody to support (even protect, though he's not likely to try to do that with Kyle... under normal circumstances), Bucky's kind of lost.
So, he's kinda keeping an eye on him? When he's not drinking himself into a stupor, obviously, and that tapered off a lot after Natasha and Rikki disappeared.
It always strikes him, though, how similar, in some ways, he and Kyle are. They can understand each other with way fewer explanations than he's used to, outside of Steve, and it's jarring. But not in a bad way. Only in a possibly-just-head-out-to-the-Head way. Just a chance to be ordinary and easy, which, for all that he's usually been comfortable on the turtle, he hasn't quite had.
Cassie and Monet. TOO SOON TO TELL in much detail, but Monet is pinging a lot of Cassie's Kate vibes. Which... probably helps? In many ways, too, because Cassie'll be very sensitive to areas that are no-go, conversationally, and very light and easy at bouncing away from them. Since she knows very little about Keeliai yet (though she's learning fast, especially about the people) and is not... allowing herself to be interested in what's going on back home, some of her initial conversation may be on the bland range, but it's light and kind and not stupid, and she knows those things. And she can stay quiet, too.
What I'm really curious is what'll happen whenever they get to the powers discussion. Also, Monet can totally take Cassie flying with next to 0 inconvenience, since. Tiny Cassie!
Ahem. Stuff. More as the story develops!
