Does Dick have any thoughts about the guy that was dating his best friend?

He doesn't know Vic nearly as well as he should because they both must be missing Wally incredibly. The little he's interacted with Vic, he really likes him and sees why Wally would be interested in him. Vic is funny and secure in who he is. He likes to do the whole superhero thing but still manages to quip and take it easy when it's a slow night for crimefighting.

His overall impression is favorable.
