Colby doesn't have anything against Scott personally. He does, however, think Scott is a huge idiot for taking Poyo on the way he did, and maybe a little bit impressed that he managed to do it while keeping all of his appendages. Not that he'd ever admit this, because that would be admitting something nice, and Colby's a douchebag so...
Depending on how our log goes, Colby could almost like him. Like I said, on the one hand he's impressed with Scott for keeping his limbs, but on the other he thinks he's an argumentative asshole (...which is really a pot/kettle situation). He keeps a lot of people at arms length, though, even Tony, so even if he does like him he's still likely to keep poking their relationship with a sharp pointy stick.
