break out the teal deers!

THE CR TL;DR MEME

HOW IT WORKS:

1. List your character(s)!
2. Others respond with "what does your character X think of my character Y?" or some variation.
3. Respond to them! Break out those teal deers!
4. Generate some discussion about your CR!
5. PROFIT!

OK DAD.

So somewhere along the lines, Elizabeth started to love Booker. Which is really a huge big deal because she's never experienced it. But the natural way their bickering turned into genuine worry and care? I think the first time she really fully processed how much she cared about him was when she told him that she wanted him to kill her, if Songbird got to her. Because that is such an expression of trust.

Elizabeth is a Disney Princess. But she's a very smart one, and there is just something t h e r e with Booker (we know that it's the fact that he's her dad, but shh) and she's drawn to him. At one point, she did probably consider a romance, but laughed it off, because that guy's old and what even, plus, he had a daughter and a wife, and it's 1912, but she doesn't want to go there. Too much baggage.

He's her best friend. He's her brother. And he really is her father.

SCREAMS

yeah I think like... Booker doesn't even really think in terms of romantic love anymore. I mean, he wouldn't have thought in terms of any love before he met Elizabeth, but it's not something that is even on his radar, and that's not even counting the fact that he went into this whole thing seeing her as a girl in a tower he had to rescue, rather than, you know, a grown woman. In a sense, he infantalized her from the start, so even though he knows she's an adult, the idea didn't even register for him until others questioned him about the relationship lol

Which makes 100% perfect sense. To her, y'know, FIRST MAN SHE HAS EVER SEEN and he's playing the role of the white knight but, of course, he's also a douche, so she kinda does her, "Uh, yeah... Okay, jerk." thing, but she's also a teenage girl.

...She has never even had her first kiss. Wow.

Truth. And that's all it was. Oops.

Only if you put down the shot-gun.

RUSSIAN BOYS ARE COMING OVER FOR DINNER.

also btw Booker don't ever bring a lady home, because Elizabeth will wind up getting jealous, and that's an emotion that will confuse her, and there will be like, a literal elephant in the dining room.

HOW MANY RUSSIAN BOYS ARE THERE

ahahhaa oh man, part of me really would like to do something like that eventually, because it would just be so messed up and full of potential feels, but it's PRETTY UNLIKELY

ALL OF THEM. ALL OF RUSSIA. ALL THE BOYS.

I know, alas. BUT IF IT HAPPENS (it should totally happen). Prepare for things to be thrown and jealousy and actual elephants and TEENAGE GIRLS.
