What do Kurt and Kon think of Victor?

Kon thinks that he's a pretty cool guy. He's a lot quieter than the kind of people he was around before coming onto the turtle and meeting him, but he thinks that's okay. He also thinks it's pretty cool that Vic has his own thing going on and that he has his best friend there to help him out. He also thinks the green is pretty cool. Very Beast Boy like.

Kurt is pretty much seeing a different side to Vic? It's not under school/class terms and it's not through training either but more on a personal level? He's seeing more of what Vic is capable of on his own and he is actually proud of him. And for keeping an eye on Santo. But yeah, if it was remembered if he got home, he'd tell people about it. Except you know, he dies.

That she seems to be content to follow what the Emperor has said about the war. He doesn't exactly like her or dislike her, she's a female and a human. Also that she knows nothing.

But he finds her somewhat interesting.

God, basically he just doesn't like anyone yet :D

Okay, so Kon has both experienced and seen how Kal is with him when he's 'older'. He's experiencing now, just under different circumstances and he knows how long it takes to get to that level in the future. If Kon ever went home, he'd miss this and he knows it. He knows he'll miss being a closer part of the El family.

He likes that he doesn't feel like such a burden or that there's such a massive shadow that he's in. Kon likes that he can also go to Kal about almost anything and that he's not going to be treated differently? Like being pushed away, being accepted as Kon is something he's just always going to enjoy.

He doesn't know what he'd do if Kal ended going home, he'd be happy, but there'd be this horrible space because he just feels so much closer to him than he ever did.

I could go on, but I literally can't word everything in a coherent way.

Dick: Kon is actually really happy that Dick is here. Even if they're just talking about their hair, it feels good to just talk to someone who hasn't been super close to him, like Tim and Bart. He always feels easy around him and he thinks Dick could be the kind of person he could go to with problems, but he wouldn't because he'd feel like it was a massive burden or he was getting in the way. Besides, he thinks Dick has the Bats that'd do that if they ever open up to each other and that he himself if doing it with too many people. But the fact that he feels like he could means that he's really trusting. Also the guy is just cool as and is/was Nightwing! Who wouldn't think he was cool?! Basically, he loves their talks even if they're stupid and btw Kon's hair is better.

Billy: Kurt actually thinks it's amusing and while he doesn't really know Billy, he can tell that superheroes? Totally his thing. He'd also like to get to know him more, he comes across as a bright person and his whole magic deal? He's interested. More because it's kind of unusual and who doesn't like magic? when it's not being used against you.

Kon is super glad that Bart is here on the turtle. Finally someone more on his level when it comes to having fun and goofing off! Also the racing part is always the best. He likes that there's always someone he can talk to that's his age that'll just...get it? Nita is badass, Tim is a stick in the mud and everyone else is pretty much too old? He said some stuff earlier (about the being someone else thing) and Bart's reaction still really hurts when he thinks about it cause he doesn't want to upset his friends and that's what Bart is. He feels like he has a much better relationship with him now than he does back home and he's determined that if he remembers things when he's back, he's gonna work on being a better friend.

He's also glad that Bart told him about how he (and they) died since no one else has mentioned it to him. Bad news, but it helped Kon to look back and realise people were probably reacting the way they were, because of when they were from.

Basically in a nutshell, Kon thinks that Bart is one of his closest and best friends on the turtle and he's actually never been happier (on the same levels as when he spoke to Asami) and he's totally got Bart's back.

Everything is just easier with Bart and he likes that. Likes that they can laugh and joke and know when it's serious...and also when an inappropriate joke can be slipped in to lighten things up. Again there's the whole, getting each other thing. (Like you mentioned with the similarities.)
