break out the teal deers!

THE CR TL;DR MEME

HOW IT WORKS:

1. List your character(s)!
2. Others respond with "what does your character X think of my character Y?" or some variation.
3. Respond to them! Break out those teal deers!
4. Generate some discussion about your CR!
5. PROFIT!

This may surprise you, but maybe not, given that log thread they have.

Bianca actually likes Loki.

She is, however, also aware that he's a little hellion, give the chance. Or rather, given the opportunity and encouraged down that way. And even that he's playing up an act for her, to an extent.

But, that said, she really does like him and think that, again, give the opportunity, he's a good kid, even with the penchant for mischief that comes with him being a trickster god. She's aware that he can be a brat, and that he has no problem with threatening people, but she's also seen or been told (thanks to Jaime) that he's also had moments of being nice, even helpful.

The main reason Bianca's willing to go to bat for him, as you put it, is because while in his initial thread with Bianca and Jaime when they were inviting people to a tamale party over the network, he was trying to angle it so that he could annoy people just by being there, he was also surprised by the fact that even after Jaime pointed out that he was a god of mischief, Bianca was still willing to have him over and under her roof.

As far as she's concerned, no one deserves to feel surprised by something like that when they haven't even done anything wrong yet. Taunting and being annoying is one thing, but being annoying isn't some kind of mortal sin. Loki is young enough that she doesn't see it being right with shoving him out of the way for being like that. If he does something serious, that's the point of saying something and taking action, not excluding him in hopes of preventing anything from happening in the first place. That just makes it more likely that he'd act out later.

She's not treating him like he thinks he should be treated or expects others to be treating him, instead, she's treating him the way she thinks everyone should be treated, at minimum.

By now, because of that thread from last month, she's aware that, for all the confidence he shows, Loki's wrapped up in habit and runs with the expectation that he has to threaten, antagonize, trick, and otherwise aggravate others to get them to do things, even when it wouldn't serve him best, to the point of telling her that no, she's clearly wrong, she can't have liked the first impression he gave her.

Bianca's smart enough to not think that he's being completely upfront and truthful with her- god of mischief, after all- but she does want to give him the chance to figure out that people can like him without him manipulating or forcing them into it, even if it takes a ton of effort between her and Jaime to make it happen.
