Mark -> Jaime and Colby -> Tony!! if the latter's changed from canon at all.

Mark ➔ Jaime
Mark sees a lot of himself in Jaime. He feels they have similar temperaments and similar home situations (except for Jaime's dad isn't a formerly evil alien warrior). That makes it easier to open up to Jaime about things, and he feels more open to telling Jaime things that he would otherwise think twice about telling other people. He really hopes that he can help Jaime in some way down the road, and would like to just hang out sometime in the future as well.

Colby ➔ Tony
While it's mostly still the same (still best friend, still will do anything for him, still loves him), it's still changed a bit I think. He's grown more concerned about Tony, especially since he's a bit farther canon point wise than him. He's especially concerned about Tony not eating, which is why he resorted to the post about beets (which I totally need to go to the mods for to get that wish granted). He also feels closer to Tony than before, as he really feels really overwhelmed by everything the turtle has to offer.
