break out the teal deers!

THE CR TL;DR MEME
HOW IT WORKS:
1. List your character(s)!
2. Others respond with "what does your character X think of my character Y?" or some variation.
3. Respond to them! Break out those teal deers!
4. Generate some discussion about your CR!
5. PROFIT!

Bruce on Loki
He severely distrusts him. He already would've based on his previous experiences with the MCU Loki that was here, but since canon updating it's even worse. Bruce knows how to hold a grudge, and as far as he's concerned, there's nothing that would make him believe that this Loki would be all that different from the one he has experience with. He was burned so badly by the other one that he's taking a guilty until proven innocent stance here, and he's especially (very silently) aggravated that Tony seems to like him so much. Not because he expects his friends to follow his opinions of other people, but because he thinks it's going to end with him bailing Tony out of Loki betraying him. Mostly, he just wants to avoid Loki as much as possible, because he knows there's no real way to deal with a threat permanently here-- and he doesn't want to escalate things if he doesn't have to. At all.
Willow on Loki
WHAT A CUTIE I mean. She's still hesitant and wary over giving him too much insight into and control over her magic, but she honestly just really likes him. He's a teenager, and he's cute, and he speaks her irreverent language but has a hilarious quirky Asgardian bent to it. Willow's life makes her take him with relative equanimity and judge him for his actual personality traits, and they're all things she likes. So far she has an impression of him as someone that's struggling not to be a bad person anymore, though she's hazy on the details of this. She can identify with that a lot and instinctively wants to support him, whether that means reprimanding him or telling off someone else who's needling him.
Simply by virtue of how few friends she has here, Loki gets a lot of supportiveness and loyalty from her, and she won't be shy about showing it. Unlike Bruce, Willow takes a firm innocent until proven guilty stance, and she feels like he just NEEDS A CHANCE!! and she doesn't want him to be alone and lonely and sad. :( Maybe he's secretly lonely. She would be. She is-- well, not secretly.
Basically, Willow gushes feelings all over him but is old enough now to keep herself mostly contained. At least until we get to something that provokes it. XD
