HMMMM not too much has changed, actually! There's been a slight shift since canon updating that's more reflective of Bruce changing than his opinion of Annabeth changing. He's had it proven to him that he can cooperate with others without endangering them, so he's a bit more willing to buy that he can get close to someone without negative repercussions. As such, he's being marginally more forthcoming with her when she asks questions, which she may have noticed.

Overall, he has a lot of respect for Annabeth, and most of the time he almost forgets how old she is. He tends to appreciate people that don't push his boundaries, are composed, and are intelligent, and she's all three. He'd be very very protective if he felt she was threatened -- and the Hulk would be, too. She hits his protectiveness buttons in that she's young and female and he feels responsible for her.
