i'm not sorry
FIRST: Thor loves Loki a ridiculous amount. Maybe not as much as he loves Sif, but much more than he loves Baldur. He loves Loki because Loki is his brother, and because that is what Thor does
ahahahaaaa character tropes forever. With old Loki, this didn't mean he overlooked his faults, it just meant that he was also aware of the good things about Loki (in that he's intelligent, good at coming up with plans, he can actually be funny at times, etcetcetc) so when old Loki went and died Thor did actually miss him. He didn't trust him any more, but when you're Very Old it'd nice to have other Very Old people around to be Old with you.KID LOKI: I headcanon that Thor's actual childhood was so long ago that he's not really sure what's fact and what's myth. But he does know that he and Loki had a ton of fun. So when new Kid Loki shows up, there's suddenly all these recollections of wow wasn't it nice when Loki wasn't the guy who hated all his family. But naturally because Thor doesn't trust him, it took a while to realise that this wasn't a trick as well. And tbh he can admit that Odin was a dick and so was he back then, so once he starts to grasp the idea that Loki might be for real, there's a bit riding there on trying to make sure that this time Loki is given lots of proof that his brother at least doesn't hate him irrationally (he can't do much about the rest of Asgard sorry)
At the very end of JiM 645 where Kid Loki tells Thor to kill him if he ever goes bad and Thor refuses, it's not because Thor can't conceive of Kid Loki being bad again, it's because Thor has seen bad Loki and loves him despite his evil badness. Anyone so in tears about being evil can't be bad, and he can see that Kid Loki is actually helping, even if it's in a way that sets the World Tree on fire.
INVASION OF THE BODYSNATCHERS LOKI And this is the part where everything
burnshurts, because it took Thor such a long time to come around to trusting Loki, and he is probably going to fight against himself to hold on to that trust for as long as possible. It does make him sad that Loki doesn't want piggy back rides, and naturally there's the niggling voice in the back of his head which says Loki can't be trusted, but Thor is very used to not listening to that lately. If Loki manages to age up and ease into the moral greyness with bad guy nailpolish, Thor might actually believe that it's just a thing of Loki's that as a child he's got good intentions but that deep down inside he is just a dick and there's no escaping that. And once he believes that then his trust and love are eventually going to wear out one day and then hello Blood Brothers it will be the end of the world and everyone will be sad forever.

IN GENERAL Thor thinks Tony is a good example of what humans are. He's flawed and rather broken, but also capable of amazingly creative things. Seriously, Thor is very impressed that a human made a suit that can just about keep up with him. He knows that Tony is very practical, and that means in a fight he trusts him absolutely. Outside of a fight. Well. Tony is his own person and can make his own choices. Overall Thor is more positive towards him than not.
IN REGARDS TO LOKI BASHING Thor is incredibly angry that Tony would hurt a child for what he considers no reason. That seems very dangerous to him, and almost a betrayal of what the Avengers stand for. Also Thor is imitating his father in getting really angry when people screw up badly, so there's that. His respect for Tony means that he'll just about always be straight up honest with him, which in this case is bad because Thor's lost his temper quite badly.
He'll apologise, because they are few in number and need to be a team, and make Loki apologise too if Tony does. He understands that people make mistakes, but he'll certainly do what he can to hold Tony accountable for how much he drinks and how he's getting on. A sad!Avenger helps no one.

But seriously that's pretty true. Tony is flawed and stupid, but he can make some excellent things when he puts his mind to it. He just has trouble keeping himself out of trouble...
And he will totally apologize for angering him. That part he genuinely feels bad about and never intended to fall into. And yes it is easier to say sorry after the fact, but he isn't just saying it to be forgiven. He might not agree with Thor about Loki, but he wasn't in such a bad position that they should have fought.
Although Loki isn't a kid, Thor! He can take care of himself.
