Hello hello, my name is Kestrel and I am brand new to this happy turtle land! Coming in with me is Yue from the visual novel/manga nobody's heard of, Akaya Akashiya Ayakashino! He's basically a sheltered sickly princess who as of his canonpoint has spent a total of...about two days being allowed outside his house. Which is a shrine! Because he was raised by a foxy shrine goddess and her team of ayakashi animal spirit servants. Also he's acting as a vessel for said goddess's brother, so you might occasionally find him holding apparently one-sided conversations with himself, if he thinks no-one's looking.

Also he has a vision problem where he can't differentiate humans who aren't particularly strongly connected to the spirit realm, so if you think your character might be an exception it'd be cool if you commented here!

being possessed takes a lot out of you! also having to be reminded to eat meals (or finish them), and the fact he's barely left his room before so exercise is kind of a non-thing...basically he gets tired out easily.

Oh, Yue likes moms! Especially if they make tasty food, he's almost always up for food. He's never met a nurse or a Jor-El before though, it'll be an all-new experience, haha.

Oh yay! Richard is, uh, exactly what you'd expect but Dorian is from an audio series called The Confessions of Dorian Gray so he is a little different from book (or indeed movie) versions of him.

Yeah! I'm a big radiodrama junkie. It's really fun. Also, you know. Full of horror and pain but, well, the source material. see? So they're half-hour plays (well, the specials are an hour long and TPODG adaptation is 2 hours) where you get Dorian as a sort of overarching narrator telling the story, and then the rest is acted out all voice-like.

Oh that really does sound cool....I'd get it myself but I have no money ahahaha. Someday...!! Or at the very least I could go read the book, I'm sure we've got a copy around the house somewhere. Stories full of horror and pain and demons are great stories in my book, yesyes.

Oh, really? I think it must have translated a lot since I read it! Since when I read it it was literally no more than two, three chapters tops. (And I went WAIT NO THESE PEOPLE ARE INTERESTING? GIVE ME MORE???) I think I also remember watching a bit of it patched but it not going far? Like, iirc, just going out once and then coming back and no further. So at this point I don't have a favourite! But soon I'm going to be getting one.
