THE TL;DR MEGA MEME BONANZA

In order to answer this question, first you have to realize exactly what kind of person Zatanna is, and what her magic means to her. It's more than just the convnience of having powers--she's carrying on a family legacy here. Very specificially, her Father's legacy. Now moreso than ever, knowing what Fate (pun only maybe intended) awaits him once she returs back home.

That said, a permanent loss of her powers would greatly affect her for a long time to come. She would feel weak and useless, and possibly shy away from the Superhero business as a result because she'll think she's nothing without her magic. Depending upon interventions and how others react to this, she may eventually find a way to still be involved, because the Hero thing is in her blood, but it would never be the same.

On the other end, however, Zatanna is also a diva with a forever love of the spotlight. If "magic" doesn't include her tricks, then she still might be able to make it as a decent stage magician. Perhaps not to the fame that she might get if she were still able to add a little something "extra" to her big finale, but her illusion skills are still pretty amazing.

If magic *does* include her tricks, and she is no longer capable of performing those...for whatever reason...she would probably find some other way of making it to the stage. Maybe as an actress. She has a famous name, and that would get her pretty far, but she also has a talent for charming audeinces just by being herself...so it wouldn't be a stretch to think of her becoming a different kind of star as she gets older.
