no, hm, actually, curiosity compels me to ask what he misses most from home. This can also be tldr for Tarrlok even though I have seen so little of LoK.

He misses Will Graham's house because there was more stuff to creep on there. No mostly he just misses all the fancy upper-class person type possessions he owned because he worked really hard making his house look that fancy. Also the opera.

Tarrlok misses his position on council, but now he knows that he wouldn't have had that anyways.

Does Hannibal have a favorite body part he likes to cook/eat/serve...............?

He appreciates almost all body parts, but if he had a preference it would be something specific to the person he was eating (ex: it was a deleted scene that he ate someone's lungs after they blew tobacco smoke in his face and remarked that they were pre-smoked when he was cooking them). He just really likes having lots of inside jokes with himself.

So, how do you think Tarrlok managed to work his way up to councilman Tarrlok?

Mostly by being a ridiculous workaholic who used the fact that a lot of the other council members were either people who benefited from nepotism or were older and had been there a long time to his advantage. He marketed himself to both the average person as a sort of everyman type with a humble background who got to where he was purely on hard work, but also made sure to gain the favor of the upper-class and businessman types.

Once he felt his position on council was secure he basically abandoned the whole everyman thing and gave most of his favor to the rich and other prominent members of republic city whereas the general population got an obligatory acknowledgment once in a while just so he could claim he wasn't ignoring them.
