Nuuuu, I'm still working on how Khan's brain works and what his methods/routines are. And it's scary.

Korra doesn't even know how to tackle the romance part of it. She just goes with her gut feeling. She's never had a boyfriend or really kissed anyone until she just planted one on Mako, so there's a few tons of pent up love she has to give.

She just doesn't know how to express it yet, but she's working on it.

Romance itself, she has radio programs and stories about Katara and Aang to go off of. So there's some things she knows about. Flowers and such aren't exactly her thing. (i.e. Bolin bringing her a flower and she's all DUDE WHAT?)

Mako has built-in boyfriend CR and while he wasn't there on the turtle, Korra had been dying to have him show up for the first month and a half. After a while, she just figured it wasn't in the cards and became smitten with Jack because he helped her. And then (LIKE OUT OF A MOVIE) Mako shows up and she's all:

She's happy to slam right back into girlfriend status, but now she knows there's that spark with Jack so she's just confused on what to do because he gut feeling is pulling her in two directions.

She's not incredibly romantic, so she's not sure what type of stuff she'd prefer.

How does Korra feel about Zatanna's sheer existence on the turtle? Including the similarities between them, their social circles, and their love lives.

Existing is good, k? Without Zee, Korra would have just floundered around after her kiss debacle with Jack and probably would have just stayed indoors for a couple of weeks. Recovering from that might have taken a few days.

Being born with abilities is something Korra latches on to since it's reminiscent of home. But Korra really does have some kind of thing against bending being referred to as magic. She even went into strict detail when she was talking to 616 Tony on why it wasn't.

When they're social circles overlap, it's really cool for Korra. She likes learning that she knows someone that knows someone who knows her. But when she was thinking that Kyle was all buddy-buddy with Amon, that was a pretty good example of their social circles kind of colliding. I would have like to see more out of that, but Korra and Kyle are going to smooth that out very soon. I really need to get together with our Supergirl, because Korra really wants to have this kind of enviousness for Kara. Stronger, more powerful, way smarter, and prettier would be something Korra would like to just facedesk at Zatanna over. LET HER JUST DUMP HER TROUBLES ON ZEE. or something.


But if she ever learned that Jack has been crushing on Zatanna pretty hard, she'd be down and out. Like hard. I don't think she knows about Dick being her crush yet though. When she does learn, she'll have to ask which one. After Korra learns a bit more about the birds and the bees, she might ask slightly more invasive questions if Zee'll let her.

Zee's just...going to clear out a space on her couch for Korra for future dumping of the troubles. She'll even get a notepad and glasses just to complete the look.

(Also, it would be incredibly interesting to see what happens if Korra does find out, because Zatanna has made a point of explaining that she and Jack are close, but not like that. Though Korra might've seen her and Dick together on the dance floor at the party. Granted, Zee danced with like half the boys, but the dance with Dick would have a different atmosphere to it.)

Handwaved CR: I have no idea because Bruce is the only guy that's understood just how exactly all that aggression and frustration really works, so he's just an oasis in people who she can't talk to about it.

But yes, I would love to do something with these two soon~

We can say they've been doing generically unexciting meditation and tai chi together? It's up to you how much progress you want to say she's made!

We should set up a log where he tries to push the envelope a little more and have her let some of the anger out on purpose in a controlled way. But having a firm basis in breathing techniques and meditation would be considered a necessity before doing anything riskier, in his view.

Anywho, what are Korra's ultimate goals with/for Bean? What does she hope to teach him/learn from him/get from their relationship?

To actually see Bean act like a kid. She will grab Jack by his hoodie and enlist his help if she has to. There are other ones like seeing actually be comfortable and relaxed, but they're just sideline goals.

Teaching: Korra really just wants Bean to be learn every form she has. (which could be a lot because she's learning more from Dinah) and use his height to his advantage. Him being able to make more than only a couple of dishes is her current goal and even then she'd still want to keep bringing him dinner and such.

Basically she really just wants a baby brother out of him.

Traci and Korra's CR is tentative. Like they're both too guarded with really personal issues and just stay on the outskirts of anything deeper than friendly acquaintances. Breaking through that little by little though I think.

Just about every day:

Wake up right around noon, have breakfast/lunch, work out for an hour or two.

Catch all the fish and drop'em off, stop and get some hot chocolate.

General sassafrass (i.e. network, friend visiting, etc.)

Make early dinner, drop some of it and other foodstuffs off at Bean's (He's like two blocks away)

Another hour of work out to tire herself out and then crash.

(That's any given day where nothing's going on that takes up half a day or more, usually events or long threads)

Best outcome for these two monster-children would be them being able to stand in the same room for any length of time without going for each other's throats I think.

That's for right now anyway. Overall, I think they could stand to actually talk to each other without any enmity. But that's probably a longer ways down the road.

What is Korra's goal out of life? On Tu Vishan, but maybe in general too?

On Tu Vishan: Not have her relationships explode in her face tbh. For her it's just the same as it has always been since she was four. Be the Avatar, help people, protect them, save them, and try to keep a balance on the turtle. Doing that here makes doing it back home seem like a cake walk. But she's playing it off as doable anyway.

She shouldn't have her general life goal and Tu Vishan life goal overlap like that, but she's seventeen, it's what she's been raised around. Once she gets the idea that it doesn't have to be like that since there are so many others just as capable (and then some) in picking up the slack, then maybe she'll start thinking more of herself.

All the STAHUSHTSASHUTAHFGUGUHHGUHF'ing at Mark would happen. "OMG, I THOUGHT YOU- YOU LIED- !" She would call it lying anyway, which is what she seriously hates. It's one of her buttons that say: DO NOT PUSH

It'd be bad. AKA: It should happen someday.

Superhero name: She might revive "The Boulder" but really, she'd probably stick with "Avatar".

She'd think about "Battle Maiden" for a long time though.

Mark would feel so guilty x.x He'd totally understand that he thought he lied, and he'd want to set the record straight and explain to her why its so dangerous, especially from his experience.

But he'd totally understand why she's mad.

I have all these words for these two, omg

Korra fucking ADORES Jim, ok? There are only a handful of adults she talks to, even a smaller few that she likes, and Jim is the only one that she’s completely comfortable around and trusts implicitly. He’s that cool, funny, smart guy that you always want to hang out with, but you know they’ve got important things to do so you just have to wait your turn. And Korra is impatient as heck.

Everything about him is incredible. He’s from the future, is in control of this huge, badass ship in the stars, and knows martial arts. She was sold on “future” okay? But that’s just the things aside from Jim himself. Despite all that stuff, he knows how to have fun like a teenager/young adult, has a great sense of humor, and is still nice. Like he manages to be cool and nice at the same time. It’s always cool and a jerk, or nice and shy.

CR-stuff: Wow. So ever since Jim had given her tips on her English (which is a lot better now) and taught her about Starfleet and all the epic stuff that comes along with it, Korra was pretty much ready to be First Officer and follow him everywhere.

Jim is okay with sea prunes. This is very relevant.

That broken leg was just a total fucking nightmare for her. She was ready to go wreck somebody’s face over it with ass loads of fire. ASS LOADS. Normally Korra would have pressed the issue about the neck injury, but that’s with pretty much everyone else. Seeing Jim upset made her drop it. She knows it’s there, she hasn’t forgotten it and won’t. But it’s dropped until he’s ready. And yeah, she’s keeping tabs on it every time she sees him.

Okay, so, up until recently pseudo-big brother Jim was all Korra knew about him and she was perfectly good with that. That was how she got comfortable and at ease with how they worked around each other. At the Bacchanal, some things got re-arranged and not in a bad way as Korra sees it. Oddly enough, the big thing was the way that Jim caught Korra’s change in their conversation, how it had all been just awkward questions and learning new things and then it just kind of stopped after that last question.

Even though these two are like stupid close, there are surfaces neither of them have even scratched and I am just on the edge of my seat every time there’s a thread with these two.

I didn’t even get to everything you asked, did I?
