Hey all! Just dropping a note to say that I'm going onto character hiatus for the month of April, as my school semester is rounding out with a lot of final projects and then exams, and AC is an extra stress I don't need this particular month :X

This affects Jack ([personal profile] wintershepherd), Bakura ([personal profile] denyamenti) and Stork ([personal profile] merb). All three are going to be on autopilot for the month and doing their things around the city.

That said, I'm still going to be around for mod things, and I'll be keeping up with any NPC tags as time allows. I know I have a huge backlog of tags in my inbox right now, so I'm going to use the rest of this month to clear those out and wrap up existing threads where I can. Thanks to everyone for being so patient with me ;~; There's also a handful of logs I have promised to tag into, and I'll get to those ASAP, but I'm not committing to anything new that I haven't already worked out with people on Plurk at the moment.

I'm not de-interneting completely, so I'll be around on Plurk per usual! If you want to work out a handwaved thread or something, just let me know.

Hello chelos! Two quick things the mods would like to note as housekeeping items, please and thank you!

1. As mentioned last month on the Activity Check, in keeping with the game rules, tags are required on your posts and logs, whether being the 'post: character' or 'thread: character' respectively. Going forward, threads that are not tagged accordingly won't be eligible to use for AC towards your comment count. As mods, we use the comm tags to help us monitor the game, which in turn helps us make better events and plots for you guys. If you are having trouble with your tags not showing up, it's your responsibility to get in touch with the mods to let us know, so we can find the problem (like tags not appearing in the taglist, etc) and fix it for you!

2. Tangentially related to AC, we've also added a rewards request limit -- you guys are adding up AC points a lot faster than we were expecting (which is awesome), but we want to keep it fair. There is now a maximum of 4 rewards each per month, with only two of them being from the same category. Examples are listed on the rewards page itself.

EDIT 3: A request from Pur! I think there are a handful of characters staying at the Hotel who aren't OOCly checked-in. I'd like to remind people to do so; I will always OOCly make room for PCs in the Hotel, but because there are a limited number of one- or two-bed rooms and the Hotel is technically PC-run I need to know who is living where.

As always, any questions can be left here. Thanks guys!
