timetravel shenanigans plot!

Hey chelonauts! Hannah here, with a small plot that's been approved to run in a week's time (September 14).

Basically Catty has decided that finding things out is more important than keeping all of her powers a secret, and is going to ask the Foreigner population if they want to come timetravelling with her. There are all kind of secrets in the past, right? Characters won't be able to physically affect anything in the past, and will essentially be unnoticed observers, but they might be able to find out something interesting.

Due to the nature of her powers (she can only take back people if they're touching her/someone that's touching her), at this point I'm looking for four volunteers to come back with Catty. Sign ups will be open until 11.59pm EST on Monday; if more than four people volunteer, I'm going to randomise who she ends up bringing, so there's no worries about being late to sign up or anything!

If you're volunteering, please have your character comment on her IC network post so that she has an IC reason to agree to take them back with her! It should be noted that she will read the mind of anyone who volunteers - nothing in depth, just a quick scan to see if they're a 'bad guy' or not. The litmus test for 'bad guy' with Catty is pretty much 'intentionally a danger to innocent people', so if a character volunteers and falls under that umbrella, they unfortunately won't be eligible to participate in the actual timetravel part of this plot. I'm totally cool with people who have related mind abilities noticing what she's doing and wtf-ing at her, though.

OOCly, if you want your character in on this, please fill out this form! Your character doesn't have to ICly know Catty at all to come back (that's why she's mind-reading people, rather than only bringing her CR).

Nita and Kara sort of decided a party was happening, because Nita, but this is spur-of-the-moment, IC and OOC, and I don't want to step on toes with timing. It's pretty much just a low-key mixer event with no real plot beyond "show up, go swimming and eat food, get CR." If I threw up a log tonight, would that be interfering with anyone's plans?

Sorta, anyway. So with all the worlds and things like five different types of magicians, three different types of werewolf, etc, Sadie has really been wanting a Wikipedia to look all this stuff up. Obviously she can't have one so sometime in the nearish future (I know we have other plotty things going down and actual parties and stuff and this is more passive so I'm going to wait) she's going to suggest a foreigner-run library/info desk/something along those lines. She's going to be asking everyone for relevant info on their world, asking for help getting it all written and organized, and eventually finding a place to turn into the headquarters so her flat isn't filled with books. Does this sound like something people'd be interested in?
