So in a fit of nostalgia the Pixie caved and as a result I bring you Kino Makoto, you know...that girl with the talent, my third muse after Lara-Su and Shayla-Shayla (no hyphens this time). I'll be taking Makoto from the anime, episode 105 from season S (the third season). She'll be in the middle of a personal crisis so training is going to be a huge thing for her while she's on the island, followed closely by helping people and turning the local fare into fine dining.

By day Makoto is a not so mild-mannered student, by night she's a monster busting magical girl super hero with hokey super hero lines centering around love, courage, and justice--pretty suited soldier Sailor Jupiter! But due to the power outage that'll come later, for now she'll just have to rely on her inborn strength and martial arts skills to get by. Makoto is highly independent having been living on her own for...who knows how long. She'll be staying in a single level suite in the wood sector, WO-1D. Other occupants feel free to pay her a visit, she likes guests, for her a space filled with people resembles family.

For more information about Makoto and her abilities as Sailor Jupiter feel free to peruse her app. and if you would like to contact me for anything I can always be reached at pixienixis@gmail.com or by PM!

heeeeeey turtles. So, some of you on my plurk know this already: my computer's motherboard died, and I'm left without reliable internet. Second verse, same as the first, I'm going to have to hiatus again until I get this worked out.

Apologies to everyone I was threading with, especially to BEST DRESSED team 12. I'll tag where I can, but for the near future I won't be available consistently.

This affects Cinna ([personal profile] afirewithfashion and James ([personal profile] mopirates_moproblems).

SO HEY I am on hiatus starting now through next Monday the 8th because I am going to the Rooster Teeth convention in Austin, TX /o/ It's gonna be super rad and I am...recently without a working laptop. So while tags may occur...more likely they will not. Will miss you all terribly and hope you all have a fabulous 4th of July!

If anyone needs to reach me about anything while I'm gone feel free to plurk me. I'll have my phone on me and will probably check it here and there throughout the day in between doing things and posting pictures >>

So, we just found out that one of our four cats has feline lukemia. For anyone who doesn't know what it is it's kinda one of the worst and scariest things you can find out when you live in a multiple cat household. Unfortunatly there's not much we can do for the cat we know has it except keep her comfortable, but for the other three we're in a horrible state of limbo. Two out of the three of them were never tested and the third hasn't been tested in years. Because of the contact with the fourth cat all three of them are now at risk of having the desiese. We just found out all this today and I'm sort of shell shocked.

The cats go in Monday to get tested, but until I know for sure that they're in the clear I'm not exactly with it to tag or keep up on anything in the way of RP land (especially since they're all locked in my room and scratching to get out). So I'm taking a mostly hiatus till this all gets straightened out. Feel free to contact me if you want to plot something out with Pepper when I'm back to functioning again, but till then she's on autopilot. I might try to do some tags or even keep a bit updated if I feel better later in the week, but I'm not really counting on that happening.

Stay Frosty Turtles,

Haru

UPDATE

So, Friday we took our other three cats to the vet and had them tested. They all came back with a negative result (Thank god!) They've gotten their first round of shots and we're supposed to monitor the area that they got them in for any per-cancerous tumors. In three weeks they go in for their booster shots and then they all can live together again.

I'm still not near the computer much because it's upstairs and I've been staying downstairs with the cats, but I'm going to try to get to work on some of these outstanding tags.
