Welcome to Tu Shanshu's monthly activity check!

This period of AC covers June 1st to June 30th and in order to qualify for this period, the thread or posts in question need to fall between these dates. Although the AC has a grace period of seven days in which to post your threads, any post or thread must be started between the dates of June 1st and June 30th. Backtagging is fine – if your thread is standing at nine comments and the final contribution to it comes between the 30st and the 7th, that's totally acceptable! But keep the starting date requirement in mind.

That said, here are the requirements of a Tu Shanshu activity check!
  1. One post, either in [community profile] tushanshu_logs or [community profile] tushanshu respectively. It's perfectly acceptable to have made more than one post (or one in each, for example) but you must meet the minimum requirement of one, and there has to be evidence of you having made an effort to reply to the tags.

    OR

  2. A total of twenty comments in other people's threads throughout the game, either in a log or in the primary comm. This cumulative count may be reached in a maximum of four separate threads, but requires twenty overall comments from your character, not the final total of the thread itself.

One important thing to note: If you have used a thread with a particular character to meet your AC in one month, you are NOT ALLOWED to solely use that same character again in the following month. In other words: At least one of the threads you use for AC must be with a character that was not used to make AC in the prior month. This is to encourage tagging outside of your established CR.

For example: I'm playing Luke Skywalker, and for this month's AC I used a thread with Han Solo to make my comment AC. That means that next month, I'm not permitted to use Han again, even if we've done a dozen threads since. However, a thread with Leia Organa is perfectly acceptable.

Characters accepted in June 2013 or who were on official and approved hiatus for two weeks or more during the activity period are exempt from the Activity Check. However, everyone is encouraged to fill it out so that we have a record of your activity, and so we don't accidentally sweep anyone from the game.

If for any reason you have been unable to meet the AC and your character is 'swept' from the game, you may reclaim this character once if you reply to the Activity Check results. If that particular character lands on the AC again, you will need to re-apply for them, except in the case of extenuating circumstances. Characters who are not reclaimed will be considered dropped, and removed from the game.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: For those interested in apping a 4th character at the conclusion of this AC, please be advised we do look for additional activity before approval to app a 4th will be granted. That means we are looking for double AC - for example, a post and twenty comments or forty comments. Making two posts, however, is not permissible.

You have until July 7th to fill out this activity check for your character(s).

Just when you thought there really couldn't possibly be any other demigods to app...

Sup, Tushie!! I'm Ashe, player of Vanessa Cleveland ([personal profile] fatedchaos) and Finnick Odair ([personal profile] insecrets), with my third character! /o/

This here is Piper McLean, daughter of Aphrodite, charmspeaker, all around pretty awesome chick. She's one of the seven of prophecy, doesn't like fashion or make up, and is also dating that one loser named Jason. She's really nice and pretty fierce, and she's generally a mediator, so if you need anyone to do some talking for you and keeping people calm, she's your girl.

She also happens to have this nifty little cornucopia called the Horn of Plenty that spits out food with enough concentration. Which probably won't work at the moment because of magic, but you know :'D Whenever that's available again.

ALSO she's in EA-3B, so hello, suitemates!!

Oh, and I have a permissions post here for her charmspeaking, if you could let me know if/how much she can potentially influence your characters, should that ever arise. No worries, I will always plot ahead of time for these things.

And now I am rambling, herpderp.

Anyway, you can reach me at [plurk.com profile] asheling for any plotting/talking needs. Feel free to add me!!

Hello! Box here, aka Maxwell Lord's player, with a quick turn around for her second character, Kirei Kotomine from Fate/Zero. Take one priest, give him a soul made of schadenfreude, season lightly with an awesome baritone and animation by ufotable, and that's the general idea. He tends to be a creepy bastard at the best of times, so if you'd like to opt out of his brand of malicious jackassery, I have a permissions post for him here. If you'd like to plot more about said malicious jackassery, though, you can click the same link to get an idea of what pings Kirei's highly attuned misery senses.

He's located in EA-1D, so if any roommates or neighbors wanna pop over and say hello, I'm all for it. Once again, I can be reached on plurk @ likeabox. Intro'll be up today or tomorrow!

'sup, Turtle peeps. It's Hina, also known (apparently) as destroyer of tag nirvanas everywhere, doing exactly what I said I'd never do and bringing in a second character.

Whoops?

This here is Midii Une, a young preteen girl from the Gundam Wing: Episode Zero one-shot manga, with the lovely child actress Elle Fanning being used as her PB. Her entire existence is basically made of lies and angst: a child of war, she was forced into becoming a spy for the local government in order to feed her sick father + brothers. Except she accidently fell in love with a boy in the soldier ranks she was sent to have killed. Don't you just hate it when that happens?

Since tomorrow is the start of a new month, I'll have her IC post up sometime then (after I renew her account for those two movies' worth of icons I made forever ago), where she'll be broadcasting from her new suite in FI-1C. For now, if you have any further questions on who she is and why she's here, feel free to either check out her app or come poke me over on plurk ([plurk.com profile] hina_mun)

Hello everybody! Fresh meat here by the name of Akima. I was shown this game a while back on ATP when I was offering a different character from the same series and decided to join with this guy right here.

This is Balthazar from Supernatural(in particular the last episode of season 6). He is an angel and was one in the Host of Heaven with Castiel before he decided to ditch the place when things were getting serious. He faked his own death to go down to Earth to live it up as much as he can which he will certainly be doing here. He doesn't do too well with humans. That doesn't mean he will not be able to tolerate them better one of these days, but he is always looking out for himself and his own survival.

Most of the time, he is just really snarky and hates being called on to do anything. He could be friendly, but that will depend on the conversation. He would much rather keep himself out of trouble. The last time he got into the middle of something did not go entirely well for him.

He is residing at FI-2A c:

I put my AIM(Frenzied Nerves) on the taken page, but I also have a Plurk ([plurk.com profile] IsaacClarke). Add me at your leisure if you would like. I look forward to RPing with all of you!

PS: He is really going to hate this power reduction business.

Hello, everyone!

My name is R., and it is very nice to meet you all. I am entirely new to the game, but I'm extremely happy to bring you Gilgamesh (Archer) from Fate/Zero!

However, before I get started, there are a few things I have to pull on your collective ears about: If you have knowledge of The Epic of Gilgamesh and are wondering whether or not his name is solely a coincidence? It is not. Gilgamesh's character has been founded on the mytho-historical King of Uruk, and thus there are a few things that you're likely now keenly aware of if you are aware of the epic at all. If you are not, then I'll specify very quickly: Gilgamesh brings with him a very large variety of potential triggers, so I would like to direct you all to his opt-out post immediately. All of the potential triggers he might bring up or enact have been specified there, so please make sure to take a look so I may respect your boundaries. On the other hand, I have also brought you a plotting post if you would like to potentially get involved with Trouble. Yes, with the capitalization and all. There, I have mentioned what draws him and we could go from there if you so choose.

Also, wow, that is a lot of text already. I'm just going to keep setting this precedent for length for myself, aren't I? Haha. Um.

Anyway, Gilgamesh is as much a hedonist as he is a lofty King; he is arrogant, silver tongued, and loves himself a good game of watching people crumble miserably under their ideals or watching people accept their monsters and flourish (hey, creepy priest, hey). Oh, and yes, he really digs sinking his claws into individuals who draw his attention. Gilgamesh is not a nice guy. Even so, his respect is something that can be earned and he might even give you the time of day to fight you/talk to you more/etc. Maybe. Also, I do believe you'll be having to deal with another individual having some difficulty getting adjusted to a supreme lack of alcohol while he's depowered. Which, I will also add, he will be positively not happy about. I should also probably indicate he will not be happy about all of the depowering in general. That first bit is just insult to injury. (Especially since his powers revolve around being a tangible encyclopedia of human knowledge, which you can read more about in his application. I have posted warnings for content, and godspeed if you decide to read that entire dissertation.)

MY RAMBLING, ASIDE:

Anyway, I'll likely be throwing up a log for him tomorrow; he's the sort to make a post over a network after he's already gathered/been given (even more) information and tends not to bother until he so deigns to (though he'll comment around). Gilgamesh will be residing in FI-1C. If any of you poor souls stuck sharing a complex with him want to give him a holler, I'd totally be up for it.

OH. ONE LAST THING: You guys are more than welcome to add me on [plurk.com profile] immortowl. I look forward to playing with everyone!

Hey everyone! This is Kaitie, mun of the adorable and dorky Mark Grayson (aka Invincible), bringing in a second character... something I wasn't planning on doing before I read Chew. This is Agent John Colby of the F.D.A., a foul-mouthed asshole who seems more content to eat chicken than bust people for possessing it. Yes, chicken is illegal where he's from, because with a name like "Chew," food is going to be serious business.

Thanks to a cleaver to the face, Colby's sporting nice robotic prosthesis on that side and a robotic brain. When power reduction is over, he'll be able to use his Terminator eye to scan and project things, just to freak people out (and use his computer brain to store things, but really freaking people out is more important).

And though Colby may be an asshole, he's the nice kind of asshole, so do say hi. He's located at FI-1C.

If you have any further questions feel free to skim his app (yes its huge and I'm sorry) or feel free to ask me directly at [plurk.com profile] redconfession
