AFTERMATH | Curfew lifted

As of Lieuen's post, the curfew has been lifted and the last vestiges of the gang war event are wrapped up! Thanks to everyone that participated and helped make this event a success.
As a reminder, we have an event-specific HMD up if you'd like to provide us with feedback for how the gang wars went!
IC Impact:
The crime rate in and around Keeliai has reduced to levels comparable to pre-festival and the gangs have settled in with different names and career focuses, but without the volatility of the last six weeks. With that, Evandau has lifted the curfew and Foreigners will no longer be detained if out and about at night. Those who were arrested, either by the police or Evandau, will have been released after twenty-four hours and a brief questioning.
All those characters listed in the solo and team missions will be receiving their juulan payment for their efforts. Lieuen has included a small mesh bag with each payment, containing a finely crafted calligraphic pen, a leather-bound journal of approximately fifty pages, a book of four vouchers for discounts at any of his many businesses, and a tiny box of fresh, sweet berries that are considered something of a delicacy around here. Paper is a controlled substance in Keeliai, so it's obvious that he spared no expense.
