Hello, hello!

I'm Rie, bringing in a character that I'm sure not a single one of you will recognize — his name is Loki, he's a bit of a dick, and he has a thing for cow horns. Devilishly handsome cow horns, mind you; call them anything else and you may just find yourself on the wrong end of a mind-control scepter.

—speaking of, he's arriving in turtleland immediately after dropping Thor from the Helicarrier mid-Avengers, so he's still in possession of the scepter. I've limited his access to other people's minds to a five-foot radius/thirty-minute period, mainly because he does not have the Tesseract & the scepter will be powered by his own innate magic alone. I'll be sure to discuss the details with potential victims thoroughly before stirring the pot!

Lastly, I'm aware there was a Loki here not too long ago, and I haven't really brought myself up to speed re: his wanderings, so if there's any pre-existing CR that you'd like to maintain, talk to me and we can see what we can do!

Well, they do kinda have that MY PARENTS ARE DEAAAAAD thing in common ....

And the 'vengeance, justice, the night' thing. And they are both kind of assholes with adopted family that tries to make up for the fact that their biological families either suck or are dead and then they end up constantly pushing that adoptive family away because ~they can't understand their pain~~
