She's coming in post episode nine, before shit gets real. She's just an ordinary girl who you know, is living in a mental institution after her dad slices her neck. Turns out he's a serial killer and everyone thinks she helped him, so she's been faux adopted by an FBI consultant who is going crazy and another serial killer.
