CHARACTER: James Norrington CANON: Pirates of the Caribbean PERSONALITY: James is your average stuffy somethingth century Navy Admiral who moonlights crewing pirate ships (ONE TIME). He's having quite the struggle adapting to Tu Vishan, which is weird because he finally came around to accepting cursed pirates and magic compasses and giant squids back home. Still, every time he encounters something new, he gets all stuffy and shocked and says very british things like "good lord!" and "my word." He is consistently disgruntled and 10000000% done with all your shit, especially you gavroche, yeah you, take a bath you dirty hippykid.
Also he's trying to build a boat to escape the turtle. As one does. CURRENT STATUS: See above: BOAT. All are welcome to help build the boat.
Also, James has recently become more accepting(ish) of things like dragons and sea people with gills. He's not having quiet british hysterics anymore, at least.
May or may not have a highly repressed crush on a werewolf. (So repressed even he doesn't know it's there.)
Secondary goal: Get Gavroche to bathe. CR GOALS: Any of the above, re: boat. I'd also love some more calm and centered exploration of James's psyche, if anyone wants to have a serious conversation or even (gasp!!!!) make friends with him. He needs to learn these modern concepts like "feelings". SCENE-DOS: IDEK why I feel these out. I will RP anything. A n y t h i n g. Seriously. There may or may not be a tribblecide thread going on right now. SCENE-DON'TS: Honestly there is no situation I can see James ending up in (from where he is now) that would be a major "don't" for him. Really the only thing I can see arising is non-con situations of any variety, in which case it's not so much a "don't" as a "talk to me first, please". YARD SALE: Is that made of wood? CHARACTER: Cinna CANON: The Hunger Games PERSONALITY: Cinna is basically the second nicest person in a canon of deeply disturbed and not nice people. Spoiler alert: Nice people die. He's nice. That's his entire personality, nicest nicer ever to nice in niceville. Also, he makes pretty fashion in a cave with bucket of scraps. CURRENT STATUS: Cinna came here immediately post torture and death, so he's not in the best headspace atm. (Therapy with Dr. Lecter is totally going to make that all better though.) Basically, while Cinna seems fine on the outside (calm, composed, able to sew pretty dresses in a single bound) he's prone to panic attacks and residual trauma from what he went through before his arrival. He's not repressing it exactly, he's aware of his trauma, but he hasn't expressed it to anyone or allowed himself to experience the feelings, so... that's healthy. CR GOALS: Someone please help Cinna.
