Haha, Scott actually worked with Tony once upon a time to try to cure Bruce from his unfortunate affliction but that (obviously) didn't go so well. So sorry bro, he knows all about your issue.

Although Scott's really only met Bruce a few times and those were years ago so I doubt he'd be able to make the connection unless he got Bruce's name. That, and he has a little more tact now so I doubt he'll be blabbering away about stuff.
