Hi turtle people!

My name is Ramen and I'm bringing you this ugly guy from the SAW film series. His name is Mark Hoffman and he is a police officer at [insert big name city here] who is also a serial killer's apprentice. And while he has reasons for becoming a serial killer's apprentice mostly he just is starting to really really like punishing people for breaking the law with super justice. Also known as putting people in torture filled traps.

His current canon point however has him still being a police officer mourning his colleagues (who he's...indirectly responsible for killing. sssh.) At the top of season 5, he comes literally from the press conference that recognized him as a hero (for...indirectly killing those people).

Since sure, Livewire's a criminal, but she keeps her homicidal urges largely confined to one specific person who refuses to die, so. Unless you're part of the Superfam or actively trying to stop her, she's just a super-powered nuisance.

She iiiiiis, at least up until they changed her VA for Justice League. Then she lost a lot of spark (no pun inten...actually you know what, both the characters I play are notorious for wordplay, so that was probably intentional on some level).

If not when it doesn't work, definitely when she jumps out of the lighting in in his suite, pissed as hell.
