Hi! My name's Raven, and I'm bringing you this outrageous flirt, Captain Jack Harkness. All his info can be found here, but basically all you need to know is that he's an omnisexual immortal who can't even say hello without flirting. Also- he's head of a super secret (kind of) alien hunting organization back in Cardiff, Wales, and usually plays the good guy with questionable ethics role. And- well, forget the rest, he's a flirt.

I'm not sure how much you know about the various spin-off Who material? when the show was cancelled in the 1980s, they did the book continuations with the New Adventures which introduced companion Bernice Summerfield (who is totally awesome) who eventually got her own series and then got her own audioplays under Big Finish where she had a story wherein this Dorian appeared in the year 2616, I believe it is, which was Dorian's first appearance before they gave him his own audioplays. So by distant cousins, Dorian's technically an inhabitant of the Whoniverse! Super duper tangental relation.

Technically indeed! Dealing with the actually logistics of that is a little crazy (Whoniverse) but yes same era and same country while never bumping into each other. Like two immortal ships passing in the night, repeatedly.
