Hello all!!

My name is Jessi, and I'm bringing in the tenth Doctor from the ever-popular British television show, Doctor Who. His app is here if anyone wants to peruse it, but basically: he's a pretty eccentric guy with two hearts. He's a Time Lord, which means he travels through all of time and space in his TARDIS. I've pulled him from the end of series two, Doomsday right after he disappears from the beach. He's pretty sure that's the last time he's gonna see Rose Tyler ever, so I don't think he'll mind being here once he knows she's here too. He came with his Sonic Screwdriver, but not the TARDIS, and hmm...yeah. That's all I can think of. Feel free to ask questions!
