Actually, it won't be so bad once he's depowered - he's dealt with that before. But I've gotten permission to interpret "harder to control" as going haywire, so I'm debating how far I want to take it. Crashing into walls? Full on speed seizure like he had in Flash: Rebirth? So many options.
