Hello! Brandy again, bringing my second character to the game.

This is Steve Rogers, also known as Captain America, from Marvel's 616 continuity. He's coming from the end of the recent Avengers vs. X-Men arc, right before Marvel Now happens.

He's going to be in the Water District, WA-1D for anyone who wants to pop in and pay him a visit. It's a tiny place, but since he'll be spending most of his time trying to help everybody with anything ever, he won't even care.

Steve would know about Namora, right? Because Nita still doesn't.

I think Steve knows about everything. Every time I think I've got it down, another issue comes out and he has a flashback to that one time when this other thing happened and he knew everybody and I'm just like OH MY GOD FINE.

Namor might have mentioned her as far back as the Invaders days, but I mean that she's alive again. She came back in Agents of Atlas like a year after Civil War, and she's been running around with them and Herc ever since. Atlas made some high-profile trouble during Dark Reign, so Steve would probably have heard about that.
