Bucky is kind of a cautious little asshole so he doesn't rely too much on first impressions, but he basically doesn't think Wanda is too terrible at this point. He's a little curious about what the fuck Nick Fury did to make her wary but he's also not a huge defender of Nick's so he doesn't really take it personally. Basically he's kind of curious and thinks she's really pretty but he doesn't think with that head
