CR TEAL DEER MEME

How to play? Reply to this post with the characters you play, people will then reply to you asking 'What does X think of my character Y?' then zoom around and ping other people in the same manner to generate some CR chatter! This is a good way to see where your current CR stands and what your characters secretly think of each other.

Man I keep saying it but Bucky actually likes Bruce, which is... Well, he hasn't liked a whole lot of other people he's met here. He was feeling really exposed when people started recognizing him and calling him out (and he still pretty much hates the people who made him feel like that), but with Bruce it was just. A reasonable conversation where he didn't get made to feel like some poor pitiable kid or like he's vulnerable. Bruce seemed kind of naive at first in a few little ways, but he's realizing that isn't true as they talk more, and he really does respect that.

And Bruce actually seems to get being wary all the time and he has a few conflicting feelings on that. It's in Bucky's training, but he's learning for Bruce it's probably more of a necessity and that's kind of sad. :c So he has a lot of these protective little urges, even though now he knows about the Hulk. Actually more so now that he knows about the Hulk, because he got the impression that transforming is something Bruce Does Not Like Or Want for a lot of reasons he can only guess at and imagine but aren't pleasant.

Basically, Bruce was nice to him. Bruce treats him like an adult and seems to understand a lot of the little facets of Bucky's life that everyone else kind of takes for granted or brushes off, and Bruce kind of helped him calm down after Rikki and otherBucky and otherSteve scared the shit out of him and set him on edge and so it makes him want to do things for Bruce and help him out however he can. He just. Does like this guy. They're kind of alike and vastly different at the same time but Bucky is used to being vastly different from his closest friends (see: all the Invaders being powered brick houses and him being a kid a domino mask).

Funnily enough he really isn't afraid of the Hulk. He's faced death down already so that's not all that terrifying, and though he won't assume that the Hulk won't hurt him (because he doesn't see him and Bruce as exactly the same thus far), and he'll be wary as hell and not engage unless necessary, it wouldn't keep him from getting in there to try and get people out of the way so Bruce could have less to feel bad about afterward.

I have a lot of feelings on this sob.

SCREAM OMG I love this u___u you are speaking to my heart here

This really is unexpectedly complicated ahahaha. It sort of came out of left field. Bucky's protectiveness is so cute because Bruce has no clue about it and it would just seem utterly bizarre to him. No one really ever tries to protect him except Betty. XD

Oh wait I can talk about the Hulk. YEAH IDK HOW WE COULD GET HULK CR... if they had something to be fighting together that might do it. like an allies thing because Hulk does accept allies. :|a And if they became closer as Bruce then that would bleed over in the Hulk somewhat, and he'd be much more inclined to accept him. i do want someone to try socializing the Hulk to the extent that he can, like, use words, but idk that's probably far in the future

The subtle nuances of it are kind of amazing and I'm always fascinated to see where things go because I can never really guess exactly what'll happen, ngh. EVENTUALLY THE PROTECTIVENESS WILL COME OUT MORE. Tbh if his Steve gives his seal of approval on Bruce there will pretty much be no getting rid of Bucky ever.

Yeah I have no idea right now. xD I'm sure it'll happen eventually, there's no rush on it.
