Baseline human? No. She's a demigod and that's... kind of cool. Ororo has a bunch of curiosities with relation to Annabeth, but at the core? She is now a Friend and that means a lot. It means that Ororo will come to her aid if anything ever goes wrong and will drag her out on critical shopping trips. They both understand the "saving the world" deal and how sometimes it's not even that big of a scale, but yeah. Heroes without being heroes. Bros to the end.
