Dorian about Bryn and Richard about Wanda (even though they've only just met)?

Dorian really likes Bryn a lot but there are a lot of uncomfortable feelings there that just sort of popped open the second Harry came into it. Like, generally speaking, he finds her enjoyable and interesting company. Also, fourway! But she loves music and music is sort of his purest love, so it makes him very fond of her in a very pure way? I mean not that he doesn't want to have sex with her, but that's a different matter. He feels connected to her on a musical level and that has always had a strong hold over him.

But because of Henry, things are a little disturbing? Sometimes she talks in ways he remembers talking and it gets under his skin. He can't speak out about it because that's how Henry has affected him, but it does unnerve him, and he wants to stop anything bad from happening but he's utterly helpless to do so. So it bothers him, and makes him want to spend more time around her to keep her away from it.

As far as first impressions of Wanda goes, Richard's is a good one! Aside from the reactions to her, but you don't judge a person entirely on that, and most responses weren't bad, just... a little wary. So that was coming into her, seeing if he could trust her so far (he wants to trust her, he has just had a life of trust no one beaten into him so that's always running in the back of his head) and when he did speak to her, she seemed pragmatic and focused on the important things. She was willing to listen to him, asked good questions, and also had enough initiative to want to pursue matters on her own.

So he likes her! He thinks she'd be a good ally and yes he's not going to throw the friend word around but TOO BAD FOR HIM a certain amount of trust is the key to friendship with Richard. He feels it would be a positive working relationship and is glad he spoke to her.
