This would be K, Amelia's player, bringing in her second character in the form of one Toph Bei Fong from Avatar: The Last Airbender -- now with extra blind jokes, bigger rocks, and a whole mountain of ego!
Toph hails from Sozen's Comet, Part 1, the night after playing the Melon Lord. She'll be hanging out in EA-3A and roaming around the city. You'll be able to find her anywhere where there's dirt underfoot.
