Would it be all right if we caused some moderate fire damage to 2k3 Raph's and Leo's suites? Not the whole building, just their side! We'll be sure to pop the other residents of the building an OOC note as well.

Also Re: the spectres. Would they be at all inclined to speak to anyone they fight while possessing a host, or even display any particular personalities or emotions of their own? Or are they for the most part impassive?
