Hello, chelonauts! This marks the start of our six-week interval for CR With Me memes!

As usual, when plotting out any CR potential, please be as specific as you can! 'Our characters should go for coffee next week' is going to help establish an idea of what sort of CR you're looking for better than 'omg tag me.'

Mind that the form is still a bit different, including the two recently added sections titled "Current Status" for a summary of what your character's been up to and "CR Goals" for the plotting and discussion of gaps in your character's CR spectrum that you would like to fill! We've also added a bit for plotting regarding the upcoming Decay of Tu Vishan event and longterm impact (rationing).

A reminder that the main portion of the Decay event will kick off March 19th, but there will be longterm effects felt all over Keeliai -- so feel free to plot into the future!

Tony Stark | Iron Man

CHARACTER: Tony Stark | Iron Man
CANON: Marvel Cinematic Universe

PERSONALITY:
The epitome of arrogance backed by the brains to validate it, Tony tends to make a lot of enemies (ENVY-emies, in his mind). That said, he very much believes in protecting people from each other and themselves.

CURRENT STATUS:
Operating Stark Industries in Keeliai, which offers limited service for mobile communication. These are not connected to the network and can be used basically for voice and texting, but he's been working at upgrading the hardware. Much of his time is spent in his workshop (suite) working on that, the next Mark armour, or solving the whole WHY ARE WE HERE. The remainder of his time tends to be spent with Pepper, his PA and girlfriend.

CR GOALS:
I need to get Iron Man out there more and start erasing that line between Tony and Iron Man because of how one-and-the-same they end up being. He's got lots of negative/borderline CR already and I'm looking to branch out into science. Tony is working with Reid re: the multiversal theory and has heard some interesting information from Una about transdimensional/time travel. Looking to amass this knowledge and start running escape experiments, so who would be willing to work with him?

SCENE-DOS:
Pretty much anything goes. I still offer him up as an asshole, but def going to focus more on his being productive.

SCENE-DON'TS:
Pretty much nothing here.

THE DECAY OF TU VISHAN/RATIONING:
The idea of rationing is going to rub him the wrong way, because Tony Stark is used to a life of excess. Much of Stark Industries tech in the MCU has been adapted to agricultural benefits, et al, and he'll start devoting a good chunk of resources first to treating the symptoms and, if possible, to fixing the turtle. The former may have good results depending on who works with him, the latter not so much.

Iorveth, yes. They need to find the right beat that works between them. Tony might want to talk forests and living off the land with him re: this whole decay thing. Get the peasant's outbacker's perspective.

Tony's getting drafted for Operation: Save the Turtle, because he's one person Nita already knows is a supergenius.

Given that I'm a month late to replying, it's probably clear as pumpkin soup that I'd like to handwave a bunch, but he'd be all over it.

Kyle is curious about this Iron Man person and would like to spar with him. Maybe after landfall?

I'd love to get some CR on the happen! Sparring's not so hot of an idea, since he won't risk the Mark VI outside of necessary combat, but I'm sure there's something else they could get on the happen?

Well he does have this awesome ring that can do almost anything - surely Tony can find some use for it? A temp job, perhaps?
