Hello, chelonauts! This marks the start of our six-week interval for CR With Me memes!

As usual, when plotting out any CR potential, please be as specific as you can! 'Our characters should go for coffee next week' is going to help establish an idea of what sort of CR you're looking for better than 'omg tag me.'

Mind that the form is still a bit different, including the two recently added sections titled "Current Status" for a summary of what your character's been up to and "CR Goals" for the plotting and discussion of gaps in your character's CR spectrum that you would like to fill! We've also added a bit for plotting regarding the upcoming Decay of Tu Vishan event and longterm impact (rationing).

CHARACTER: Finnick Odair
CANON: The Hunger Games
PERSONALITY:
Overly familiar playboy more likely to hit on you than to be honest. Underneath of his mostly fake ego, Finnick is actually a pretty sensitive guy who writes poetry and believes in love. He's seriously in love with his wife, but doesn't really feel that sex and love are mutual so (~._.)~ ay ladeez. He's also mentally unstable, often falling into fits of melancholy, going somewhat comatose, having nightmares and being afraid to sleep alone, and is terribly afraid of lizards. Will not hesitate to kill your ass, though.
CURRENT STATUS:
So, after Finnick's little breakdown, he's started up a fishing business with Jack's help, and that's been going along nicely. It's not a huge thing at the moment, but it gets him by.
CR GOALS:
I'd love to continue working on the CR that I have with him, but I love new CR too. More people for him to be (~._.)~ at. Does anybody want to be sex buddies? edit: Oh, I'd love for people to figure out that he's actually married. And Hunger Games babbies, I'd like for him to find out about him being a daddy soon :|b
SCENE-DOS:
Finnick tends to lend himself towards everything. I love both networking and face-to-face stuff! And I've been exercising my prose muscle lately, so I'm good with prose or action. Come at me, bros.
SCENE-DON'TS:
I seriously have nothing here. There's not a lot that I wouldn't consider.
THE DECAY OF TU VISHAN/RATIONING:
I do believe that he's been included in the A-Team (honorary water-breather)! As for this, he's also got his fishing business, which he does most of his business off the turtle, and he would help people with food. He's not that much of a dick, and he's seen what happens when people starve.

At some point I'd love for Fav to meet Finnick since they are, after all, neighbors and such. They're diagonal from each other but still /o/

No but really these two should totally meet. I think Arthur's probably going to be doing some ocean fishing as an informal business venture (what is profit, he has no real head for business) with the rationing so they could totally talk shop or have occasional team-ups or something.

Yesssss. Moar water breathers. He's jelly of you guys. I'd love for this! With the rationing, he'd see how it would benefit them all if there was a larger catch to bring in. So team-ups would be rad *u*

Awesome! Arthur would probably definitely want to talk to him first before starting anything up because he doesn't want to hurt anybody's bottom line (water folks and decent fishermen are totally his people), so he'd be all for working together.

Sounds good! We'll have to figure out a way to shove the two of them together to get a conversation flowing between them.

8|a and idk if Nita will be out of jail by then. If not, and nobody makes a post, Finnick definitely would about the deterioration of the Water Sector? And then we could go from there.

That would work! Arthur's probably not going to be able to organize much at this point but he will hear distress from the marine life in the water sector pretty early on into the event (like within the first day) and I'm probably going to have him make a post about the water in the canals changing. :|a
