CHARACTER: Namorita Prentiss CANON: Marvel 616 PERSONALITY: Very friendly, very optimistic fish princess who polls strongly with female authority figures, cranky men old enough to be her father, and anyone attracted to women. Has your standard ~comic book trauma~ but is actually emotionally well-adjusted and unlikely to snap and kill people. CURRENT STATUS: About to be in jail wrt to the cloning thing! CR GOALS: I'm going to be absent IC for a week and a half, two weeks because MOVING, but with the decay event, there's going to be a lot of opportunity for Nita to work with people she hasn't run into socially, because big community efforts to forestall crisis are something she's canonically really good at. So even if you can't think of anything, if you're looking for an excuse to talk to someone new, you have my enthusiastic permission to say Nita hooked you up. SCENE-DON'TS: Relentlessly negative CR is just exhausting with this character, so unless there's a chance of at least moving it to "ambivalent" territory, that's something I'd prefer to avoid. THE DECAY OF TU VISHAN/RATIONING: SEE CR GOALS but yeah, Nita is going to be organizing both research efforts into palliating the effects (which might segue into searching for a cure depending on plot needs) and getting the A-Team (A is for Atlantis obvs--water-breathers and honorary water-breathers) to help out in Water Sector and more generally in Keeliai, since the ocean isn't being affected and so fish stocks there aren't down.
