This post outlines the initial results from Tu Shanshu's December 2013 Activity check, compiled from the activity check post that went up on January 1, 2014.
Preliminary List of Swept Characters:
The following characters are currently identified as having not made AC, either from insufficient activity or from failing to have their AC reported on the post:
