This stipulation is written on the hiatus page and existed at the time that you submitted your hiatus, therefore it is expected that you understood the terms of said hiatus in submitting it.

Unfortunately, we do not allow retroactive AC submissions. Again, you are eligible for a reclaim if you wish to take it.
