How to play? He thinks she's a very intelligent young woman- more intelligent than the vast majority he's met back in London, or at least not in the habit of hiding it. He likes that a lot, and would be happy to get to know her more. Perhaps there could be chatting about architecture, though most of his knowledge is from the 16th century. He thinks she seems very sure of her opinions for one so young, but he would hardly say it's a flaw, especially when talking about things like immortality. Having a firm stance on such matters can be helpful!
