Right now, Brandon doesn't really have any thoughts on Vic beyond 'oh he's green and also kind of a decent guy I guess?'. He's a little too self-centred to go into it too much because let's face it Brandon is a jackass.

I think there's probably some potential for tentative friendship there, but Brandon isn't going to reach out for it, especially now. He doesn't really gravitate towards nice guys for a variety of reasons ahah... oh Brandon, you and your issues. /head in hands.
