Oh lord. Finnick dying and being back now has made Katniss like, even more attached to him than she was before. It's coupled with a massive guilt and a terror that he's going to leave again, which is ultimately why she choose to accept that it's really him, not an imposter or mutt. She can't deal with the alternatives of it not really being him, she wants him to be alive again so badly. Screwed up as they are, he's really the only person she can go to for useful advice about their hideous lives. More than anything, she remembers and appreciates how he helped her get through the whole Peetanapping thing, and for all that she decided she doesn't want to kill people any more, she would straight up murder bitches for Finnick.

Percy doesn't have a whole lot of thoughts on Finnick yet, other than hey fishing, cool bro! But i want them to be gay ocean pals okok.

Percy on Vanessa - he's kind of oblivious, but his demigod senses are pinging with some of her reactions to the stuff he's saying. He thinks she's nice, although a bit LMAO high strung and could seriously use a spa bath or something to relax. He'd like to be her bro.
