Hi, it's Carolyn (aka littlecousin) with a second character, Morwen from the Enchanted Forest Chronicles, a series of YA novels that are a subversion of the fairy tale genre. Morwen is a talented and highly sensible witch who has absolutely no time for your shenanigans, but she is one of the Good Guys and will not turn you into a toad unless you really have it coming. She's in WO-1B and will promptly be growing a garden that makes Versailles look like amateur hour.
Except for this one icon, I'm using a PB, because there's like one piece of canon art of her, but unlike her other icons, she always wears glasses and has her hair up.
