KPD Announcement

For those of you whom are not on my plurk, the KPD has an official page. A list of current members, both PC and NPCs you can use in threads, is available as is an incident report page. Images of the interior, current inventory and other details are also there. If anyone has any ideas to make it better, I am open to suggestions. A navigation post and KPD's Most Wanted post are in the works.
