1. Do people bringing in fourth wall event characters need to make an intro post on the OOC comm, or do we just jump in?
2. Nita Callahan (and all wizards from Diane Duane's Young Wizards series) both knows and speaks The Speech, a languange that (per canon) all Life, typical and non, understands (even when they don't know what the language is). What/who would she not be able to talk to, barring mod approval? (e.g., Characters in canon have talked to plants, stars, various forms of aquatic life, electronics, rocks... and that's not even starting on the aliens!)
