With a heavy sigh, Valdis drew Revelations, the gem pulsing so brightly that the room flashes with red light. She didn't bother weaving through the crosses, simply cut through them, putting herself between Devin and Klaus.

"Remember Anton," she snapped, her irises as bright as the gem in her sword, "If you can't then you'll have to fight me."

The holy sword flashed as she lifted it upright into a defensive position.
